7. Payments & Subscriptions
Payment Processing
Certain features require payment. All purchases are processed through the relevant app store platform (Google Play / Apple App Store) or our designated payment processor. Their terms also apply.
Pricing & Renewals
- Prices are displayed before purchase and may include applicable taxes
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refund requests are subject to the platform's refund policy
8. Termination
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
By You
You may stop using our services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the People's Republic of China, except where prohibited by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by in-app notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
